200 meters away from Metropolitan Park (the largest green area of the city, 50 acres, very safe park). A perfect place for walks, picnics, biking, jogging, playgrounds, etc.

The house is only 5-10 drive minutes away from all downtown area (from park El Ejido to Airport, included La Mariscal (tourist zone), etc.

It is in the best area of Quito: the embassy district.

There is a bus stop by street corner and there are often taxis passing by.

It’s 400 meters from the Avenida 6 de deciembre, one of the three main avenues of the city where Quito’s trolley passes through.

It's 500 meters away from Megamaxi (the largest supermarket in the capital) and the same distance to Supercines (Cinemas).
