RESERVATIONS AND PAYMENTS

 

RESERVATIONS

Reservations for a minimum of two weeks (14 nights) required. Reservations for a day are not available. After the third week stay, extension per day will be allowed.

No more than two people per room are allowed (except for Duplex).

For the same price the rooms 1 and 2 have private bath if the other is not occupied (as long as this situation remains).

To ensure a high stay quality in our home, you will be asked to send us a copy of your passport as well as some personal information before the booking could be confirmed. We would like to select our guests according to our criteria. Thanks for your understanding.

 

PAYMENTS CONDITIONS

There are no more additional costs. All domestic services are included in the price of the rent (except phone calls done).

Prices are per person. The second person pays 50% of the normal price.

Children will be admitted only under certain conditions. Children under 11 years pay 25% of the fee. From 12 years pay 50%.

To confirm your reservation we ask for a 50% deposit in advance done by bank transfer. Bank transfer fee will be borne by you.

Other 50% has to be paid in cash upon arrival.

No cancellation for the first week (7 days) is possible. We refund the remained amount (less the bank fees that the operation has required), starting from the eighth day and only in case that cancellation has been done at least one week (7 days) in advance.
