HOME RULES

A quiet and respectful environment must always be kept. We ask for polite behavior and a good sharing attitude towards the other guests.

Absolute respect for the facilities and premises are demanded. Any damage caused by guests will be charged.

No smoking allowed inside the house (only in the garden and the balconies). Exception could be done in case of events. Drug consumption will not be tolerated.

Non-guests can not be invited to stay over night. You may ask for permission to invite a known guest during the day time.

In some cases you may invite people for a meeting or celebration, but never to stay over night.

These rules are absolutely mandatory. In case of noncompliance the landlords reserve the right to cancel the lease immediately and ask the guest to leave the house without any reimbursement.

Payment of your booking automatically implies the acceptance by all house rules.

 

IMPORTANT REMARKS

The house, like all of the area, doesn’t have central heating (generally not necessary). In each room there is a quality feather duvet for each bed and an electric heater.

Large windows in each room don’t have blackout curtains or blinds or buttresses. Natural light floods through the rooms from 6 am to 6 pm.

The neighborhood where the house stands is located on the hill. It is 200 m walk uphill to get there. Please take this under consideration in case you have any walking difficulties.

The house has no facilities for disabled people and stairs connect both floors.

We have a very sociable dog (Labrador) who takes care of the house. He is mainly in the garden (never enters in the first floor). People allergic to animal hair should be aware of this when making your reservation. Generally other animals are not allowed.
